New Address: 1-14-29, Taishido, Setagaya-ku, Tokyo 154-0004
Temple University, Japan Campus (TUJ) moved all of its programs to the new campus on the grounds of the Showa Women’s University (SWU) in Setagaya-ku, Tokyo on August 14. Fall semester will begin on September 2 with an expected record high of over 250 new undergraduate students, both from Japan and overseas, exceeding the previous record total enrollment. This global campus project is part of the unique collaboration with an American and a Japanese university sharing a campus. Both universities promote it as a new model of globalization of higher education. The universities are exploring possible collaborations, such as student exchanges, research and training exchanges among staff and faculty, academic exchanges, and co-hosting events.
