Temple University, Japan Campus (TUJ) moved in fall 2019 to its new campus on the grounds of Showa Women’s University (SWU) in Sangen-jaya, Tokyo, and held a ceremony and related events to commemorate the completion during the first week of November 2019. Temple University Main Campus (in the U.S.) Board of Trustees Chair Mitchell Morgan and Temple President Richard Englert flew to Japan to attend the ceremony and had interviews with Nikkei, Japan’s leading financial newspaper, and The Mainichi, Japan’s national daily newspaper since 1922.
