TUJ’s Academic Preparation Program (APP) has concluded an agreement with Tokyo University of Science to design the school’s curriculum and provide English-language instruction for Tokyo University of Science graduate students. TUJ Dean Kirk Patterson and APP Director Patrick Rosenkjar met with Tokyo University of Science President Shin Takeuchi on March 13 to sign the agreement.
The new curriculum will include oral presentation and scientific writing courses for Ph.D. students and academic English development for master’s students. Tokyo University of Science is the first Japanese university to form such an affiliation with TUJ.
